Volunteer With
Project Reunify
The national movement to reunify thousands of refugee children separated from their loved ones.
Join our efforts to interview detained minors.
Currently, thousands of accompanied and unaccompanied children are detained by the U.S. Border Patrol in Texas, California, and Arizona. Thousands of unaccompanied minors are also detained by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
We are recruiting volunteer attorneys, accredited representatives, and interpreters to conduct interviews of children detained by the U.S. Border Patrol in McAllen, TX; El Paso, TX; Laredo, TX; Brown Field Station, San Diego, CA; San Ysidro, CA; El Centro, CA; Tucson, AZ; and Yuma, AZ. These monitoring visits are tentatively planned for late July, 2023.
Lawyers, accredited representatives, and translators can join inspections and interview detained minors regarding CBP's compliance with the Flores v. Garland settlements.
If you may wish to join monitoring at U.S. Border Patrol facilities in Texas, Arizona, or California please register below.
