Digital Strategist at the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law and freelance marketing consultant. Prior to working at CHRCL, Mr. Noble led a team of creatives as Co-Founder and Creative Director at UCST. He developed marketing campaigns that resulted in stronger health legislation within Santa Barbara County during the COVID-19 pandemic. He received his bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus in Technology Management at University of California, Santa Barbara in 2021.
